Reservation:
1/3 of total stay deposit is required (20 days before the arrival) to confirm reservation;
payment in advance is obligatory in high season.

Cancellation policy
-30% of total stay between 30 and 20 days before the arrival;
-60% of total stay between 19 and 5 days before the arrival;
-90% of total stay 4 days before the arrival (1 night fee will be charged).
The deposit could be kept as partial or full payment for cancellation.
In case of late cancellation or no-show the penalty will be charged on credit card.
